Tesla is set to make S&P 500 debut next week so lets look at what we can expect from it. First it will be historically biggest company by market value to join with such a large value as it will be 6th biggest firm in S&P. As Tesla is almost 4 times more volatile, we can expect bigger volatility, which was the reason why Tesla wasnt adminited sooner. Aslo as many indice funds on the market follow S&P500 we can expect heavy buying at the end of the session as they will want to have closest porfolio to S&P500 as possible so expect heavy trading at the end of the session.
