Treasury secretary Steven Mnuchin announced yesterday after market closed that he wont extend lending programs which were put in place because of pandemic as he claims they served their purpose and he thinks they wont be needed. Most of the programs will expire at December 31st. This colides with FED who wants to keep this program longer. On the other hand Mnuchin will end as sectretary of treasury at 20th of January so we will see what will next secretary do. With pandemic getting stronger its not a good sign for markets.
