Democrats won even the second race in Georgia and have majority in senate. This was really unexpected before the election started as Georgia is traditionaly a red state, but Democrats were able to defeat both incumbent senator and open race for second seat. This mean that they have 50 senators out of 100 now, but Vice President has an extra vote in case of a tie. This will mean that for next 2 years Democrats will be able to undone all the good economical things that Trump administration did, so expect higher taxes, but in short term also higher support for closed businesses due to Covid 19.
